Large, bulky items which require special packaging such as furniture are shipped via a special freight arrangement. We use a freight broker who selects a freight carrier that is available to ship your order from our workshop to your home.They will contact you with information regarding shipping cost ,delivery options and instructions. Once the order is shipped the selected freight carrier will contact you when the order reaches a nearby freight terminal to schedule your delivery appointment. From there, it will be delivered to your destintation via the service you selected at purchase.
When setting up the shipment with our shipping company. please let them know if there are difficult areas that a 53' tractor trailer may not fit through. they will help plan accordingly to put your shipment on a smaller truck or schedule pick up at their terminal. they will be happy to assist you with that.
Please note- all of our tables are shipped fully assembled. Our standard freight service is a curbside delivery. You are responsible for transporting your item from the crate we package it in to the inside your home. The table is fully assembled and just needs to be flipped over and put into place. Transit times for standard freight service is 2-5 business days from when the order is shipped. The shipping company will contact you with shipping prices. We will contact you with tracking info once your item has shipped.
Please check your shipment prior to signing off with the driver to insure there is no damage.

Your item is a custom made to order product. Therefore, all sales are FINAL. We do NOT accept returns. No exceptions.

Make sure you measure accurately and are certain the item will fit in your space. If your table or item does not fit through the doorway, You can un-attach the top and bring it through smaller entryways.
White glove delivery fees range from table size and distance. Please contact us for a quote.
They will un-crate and place your table anywhere you prefer and remove any excess packaging. Our white glove specialist will be happy to help you with all your specific and special needs.
You are required to open and inspect your shipment upon delivery while the driver is still present. If you do not have time to flip the table over to inspect while the driver is present, please document that driver was unable to stay while you un packaged the whole table. If damage has occurred, please contact us as soon as possible. Please refuse shipment if the table looks destroyed and not fixable. Take photos of the damaged areas. Then contact us immediately. We cannot be held accountable for damage that is reported after the driver has released the shipment. It is very important to document accordingly . In the event of damage, we will replace a part or whatever is necessary to repair. If a small touch up is needed, we will send you necessary supplies and instructions on how to touch it up. If a complete replacement is needed, we will replace your item as quickly as possible.
Each Item is insured by the shipping company and we will need proper documentation to submit the claim.
